Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Manager, evaluates, plans, and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients in their home.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Physical Therapy preferred. 1-2 years of clinical experience with a varied patient population. Licensed physical Therapist.
