Job Summary:
The oncology community health nurse is a professional nurse knowledgeable in cancer nursing and cancer treatment who provides specialized care to cancer patients in the home.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from a college/university accredited by the NLN is preferred. One to two (1–2) years of oncology nursing experience is preferred. Registered Nurse. Write, speak, understand English. Basic Nursing competencies. Intravenous skills a plus.
