The Assistant Directorcoordinates and significantly expands Rally Against Cancer and the Theatre Collections Program, actively recruits corporations for volunteer, sponsorship and corporate engagement opportunities, works with mid-level and senior management of major corporations on local and national campaigns, and coordinates activities and details of corporate partnerships.
Liaison with corporate partner volunteers, consisting of mid and senior level corporate management.
Bachelors degree required with minimum 3-5 years experience. Ability to identify and recruit new corporations through both cold and warm leads, Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills; possess the ability to work well with all DFCI Departments and donor constituencies; juggle multiple projects; and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
Full time position. Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00. Some weekend and evening work may be required.
