Job Summary:

Located in Boston, MA, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, a Comprehensive Cancer Center designated by the National Cancer Institute, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, is committed to providing expert, compassionate care to children and adults with cancer while advancing the understanding, diagnosis, treatment cure, and prevention of cancer and related diseases.

The Recruiter is responsible for the comprehensive full-cycle recruitment for variousresearch andnon research postions. The recruiter will develop a clear understanding of the technical and professional requirements of a given position. Coordinate a creative and cost effective recruitment strategy, source, qualify and interview candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers and the Human Resources business partner to forecast staffing needs. The recruiter is also responsible for initiating and negotiating employment offers, and on-boards new hires. The recruiter is expected to manage 40-50 open positions independently.

Job Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Skills and Knowledge

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years in a recruiting role
Experience in healthcare, and or scientific/research industry preferred
Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Possess creative sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines
Must demonstrate excellent critical thinking and judgment
Ability to resolve complex and difficult scenarios with minimal assistance
Requires knowledge of general Human Resources concepts such as benefits, and compensation
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems required, PeopleSoft experience preferred

Full-time 40 hours, Monday-Friday
