The certified nursing assistant works under the direction of a licensed nurse and is responsible for the delivery of personal care that promotes the residents ability to function at the highest possible level. They respect each residents rights and recognize the individuality of each resident. Care is delivered at a level that meets or exceeds the residents expectations.
