- Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing
- Appropriate licensure is required
- MA RN license required
- 1-2 years experience is required
The Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse or department Manager, is responsible for the development and implementation of direct patient care under the provisions of the Mass. State Practice Act. The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with the other health care disciplines to deliver holistic patient care to patients of all ages. The Registered Nurse assesses and delegates appropriate assignments to LPNs and unlicensed personnel. Requirements include current RN MA licensure. CPR certification required. Medical Surgical experience preferred for all areas. Credentialed in the area of practice preferred. Previous experience in sub-acute care preferred. Must be able to poses a positive attitude, flexibility and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
