Job Description

Full time, days.  Supervise and perform accounting, internal control and clerical functions to prepare and process in-house payroll.  Maintains records and controls to analyze, control, report and budget payroll and payroll related costs.  Analyze all payrolll related general ledger accounts,  preparing routine reconciliations of all accounts, creating journal entries where necessary.  Coordinates and review work of the department managers in the preparation of payroll input.  Prepare or review all paryoll related filings to taxing authorities.  High school diploma or GED required.  One to three years of experience in payroll office.  Accounts Payable experience preferred.  Experience with Meditech and ANSOS a plus.
