Job Description
Works with considerable independence to perform and interpret various chemical, microscopic, and/or bacteriologic tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Is fully proficient in the use of all equipment and procedures for an assigned area.
Requirements: Bachelor degree or successful completion of an accredited four year school of Medical Technology. ASCP certification as an MT is preferred. Three years of related experience.
Note: 4 hours to be used to increase current hours. Recent Hematology working experience within the last 12 months REQUIRED. Must be able to perform manual differentials and body fluid. May be required to travel/work at other sites:Univ, Mem, Hahn ect.
