Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree Preferred. At least two years experience as a Registered Nurse in Maternal Child Health Basic computer skills. Membership in International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBLCA) preferred. Provides education, assistance, and support to breastfeeding parents and infants. Participates in new employee orientation. Practices in accordance with Winchester Hospital's policies and procedures and the scope of practice for Registered Nurses in Massachusetts.
