The pharmacist in this position will provide oncology pharmacy services to ambulatory infusion patients. Responsibilities include: order approval, verification of technician's work, approval of research protocol patient orders, communication with providers, nurses and patients and participation in various disease center clinical conferences. The pharmacist will also participate in the orientation and training of new staff including pharmacists and technicians. In addition, the pharmacist will partiicpate in various quality improvement initatives.
Pharm D or equivalent experience, oncology experience, residency preferred
Massachusetts pharmacy license
Monday through Friday variable day shifts, some evenings weekends and holidays.
