Analysis of the antibody repertoire of vaccinated or chronically infected macaques; phage display; isolation and characterization of recombinant monoclonal antibodies; participation in immunization studies in rodent and primate models; performance of viral assays (infectivity, neutralization) in the biocontainment suite; analysis of data and presentation in graphic form.
General lab support and assistance in the purchasing process and dealing with vendors.
Senior Research Technician
Requirements:
M.S in HIV-related field, preferably in immunology, virology, molecular biology or biochemistry.
Prior experience in cell cultures techniques required; preference will be given to candidate with experience in working with HIV or related viruses.
Experience with monoclonal antibodies a plus.
