Job Description
Supervises the day to day operations of the practice area. Works closely with the manager/director to ensure that the area has appropriate staffing levels, staff are compliant with hospital and Department policies and competencies and area adheres to federal, state and local regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications: Pharm.D or equivalent. Must be a Registered Pharmacist in MA. Three to five years of hospital experience preferred. Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Prior supervisory experience - preferred, expertise in sterile compounding and knowledge of USP 797 - preferred, knowledge of adms - required.
