Job Description
Coordinates the work of others as assigned in a medical laboratory section. Works with considerable independence to perform and interpret various chemical, microscopic, and/or bacteriologic tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Is expert in the use of all equipment and procedures for an assigned area.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree or successful completion of an accredited four-year school of Medical Technology. ASCP certification as an MT is preferred. Five years of related experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
Applicants should have previous toxicology experience including knowledge of extraction techniques and immunoassay, chromatography methodologies. May be required to travel/work at other sites: Univ, Mem, Hahn, etc.
