Quality, safety, and patient satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do! We are currently seeking a dedicated Anesthesia Tech Assistant to join our Anesthesia team at Cape Cod Hospital.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
High school graduate or equivalent.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Two years previous OR or Anesthesia experience required.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and is able to function independently with minimal supervisory direction on a daily basis.
Demonstrates the ability to function in stressful situations.
CPR certification.
Successful passage of a Medical Terminology course or successful passage Medical Terminology challenge exam.
In order to maintain position must successfully pass the Certified Anesthesia Technician Test within 2 years 7 months of accepting position.
Upon completion of certification exam, will move into Certified Anesthesia Tech position at a grade S10.
