CPR Certification Required
Physical Therapist currently licensed in MA.
Valid Massachusetts Driver's License Required
Three to Five Years experience preferred
DESCRIPTION: Provides for Physical Therapist Therapy services to the patients served by the Agency in order to promote recovery, ensure medical safety, prevent disability and pain, restore function, relieve pain and promote healing. Participates in the development of agency policies and programs necessary to achieve agency objectives as they relate to patient care.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree required. Current Physical Therapy license in
Massachusetts
. Minimum of one year clinical experience. Home care experience. CPR Certification.
