Job Description
Bachelor's degree in nursing required, a minimum of 3 years of medical surgical experience, ICU/ED experience desirable, computer literate using Windows based programs, Microsoft Office, Excel, Meditech, excellent communication and customer service skills, detail oriented. Experience in outpatient anticoagulation management. Experience with Dose Response Outpatient Warfarin Management Software. Successful completion of Anticoagulation Therapy Management Certificate Program or CACP qualified.
