The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the day to day management of several programs relating to electronic payables including but not limited to; P-Card Program, Accounts Payable Single Use Card Program, and Accounts Payable ACH/Wire Program. For each program, this position is responsible for the overall management, control, compliance and process efficiency. This requires work with other Finance Managers to set goals for each program, consider growth opportunities, and work in a manner that best supports the interests of the Finance Department and Dana-Farber. This position also works with Information Services (I.S.) as needed for any PeopleSoft interface requirements. This position will also process the employee expenses and audit each report for compliance. Assist with other AP related matters as well as other issues relating to electronic payments, interfaces, and supply chain improvements. This position is also the back-up to the check processor.



Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. 3- 5 years of Account Payables or related Finance experience strongly preferred.  Experience working in a technology-oriented business environment is required. Demonstrate ability to effectively initiate e-mail, correspondence, and other administrative documents.  Have the ability to create and deliver presentations for training purposes or business reviews. Demonstrated ability to organize meetings and carry out complex scheduling.



Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
