In addition to our Longwood Medical Area-based services, patients have access to many aspects of Dana-Farber's care and resources in their local community through our satellite centers and affiliate sites (the DFCI Network). The Clinical Planning & Network Operations (CPNO) department provides business planning, project management, and implementation and operations support to the Institute and its network. The Business Development Manager will report to the Director of Business Development.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree strongly preferred

Minimum of 3 years experience in strategy, business planning, or project management in a health care environment

Strong writing skills; ability to creatively use tables, graphs, charts to translate words into pictures

Project management experience

Strong results orientation, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and high deliverable quality

Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Visio skills preferred

Exceptional organizational skills, with the demonstrated ability to drive multiple concurrent projects to completion in a complex, deadline-driven environment

Full-time; Monday-Friday
