Postdoctoral position to study host regulation of APOBEC cytidine deaminases and mechanisms by which they exert anti-viral effects on HIV and other pathogens in cells using molecular biology, biochemistry, and epigenetic approaches in combination with bioinformatic/computational tools.
PhD and experience/training in virology, immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology. Experience in biostatistics and using bioinformatic software preferred.
Part-time, 15 hours per week
