Job Description
Cambridge Health Alliance is currently looking for an experienced emergency room nurse to work in a busy, 24 hour, Emergency Department. The RN will be responsible for the following: ' Will provide quality care to acute patients and their families according to Cambridge Health Alliance standards of nursing practice. ' Will assess, plan, implement, and document patient care in a professional manner ' Will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is a fast-paced, high-pressure, constantly changing environment with rapid patient turnover. Qualifications/Experience Qualified applicants will have 3 years current nursing experience in an acute care environment (required). Preference will given to candidates with emergency nursing experience and/or critical care nursing experience. Basic computer EMR proficiency required. RN must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current MA licensure as a registered RN. BLS, ACLS & PALS required. TNCC preferred. CEN required within one year from date of hire. Newly hired nurses are required to have BSN degree and to successfully complete a job specific agility test.
