As our Lactation Consultant, the support and expertise you provide our mothers and babies will provide the foundation for a successful breasting experience. Qualifications/Experience Qualified, external candidates must have a current MA RN license and a BSN from an accredited school of nursing. Current IBCLC certification and breastfeeding experience, incorporating Baby Friendly, is required, along with BLS and NRP certifications. A minimum of 3 years current Mother/Baby experience is expected. Applicants should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience working with a multi-cultural patient population and a team approach to patient care.
