Qualifications/Experience Qualified, external candidates must have a current MA RN license and a BSN from an accredited school of nursing. Current BLS and NRP certifications are required, along with a minimum of 3 years current Mother/Baby experience. Applicants should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience working with a multi-cultural patient population and a team approach to patient care. Current breastfeeding experience, incorporating Baby Friendly, is expected.
