MAIN FUNCTION: Prepares, assembles and delivers patient trays. Operates dishwasher, maintains sanitary conditions in service areas and dishroom. Stocks food products.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: On-the-Job training. Must be able to read and write at 12th grade level. Ability to follow directions, understand portion control and diet menu impact; apply knowledge of sanitation requirements. Ability to safely lift and transport food products up to 50 lbs. with proper body mechanics.
Note: Position is for Food Service Aide, flexibility to be reassigned to assignments different from that listed above is needed.
14 hrs/wk; 4 hr shifts (4p-8p); rotating weekends & holidays
