Position Highlights

Enjoy excellent work/life balance while contributing to the high-functioning and busy Employee Health team. This is a part time 20-hour/week position. Great flexibility- you choose two 8-hour days or several shorter days. No weekends, nights or call!
Based out of Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, MA, you will conduct pre-placement physicals, provide injury care, and assess fitness for duty for approximately 500 employees in this region.
Enjoy autonomy as the sole provider on site, with the strength of the larger Employee Health team at your fingertips. Work closely with our very collaborative Occupational Health Medical Director, APPs, and support staff across the health system.
Participate in QI projects and safety meetings with the Employee Health team.

Flexibility for occasional shifts at Baystate Medical Center in nearby Springfield is required.
Per diem positions are also available.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have previous experience in occupational medicine or 2+ years of AP experience in primary or urgent care. A strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA and MA Standards of Care is important and training can be provided. Baystate Health will provide the opportunity to obtain certification as needed.
