Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the dietary supervisor is responsible for the room service operations and the supervision of the dietary employees in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Degree Read, write and understand English at least at an 8th grade level
Certification / License: Current ServSafe Certification
Experience: 1-3 years of food service experience-Knowledge of therapeutic diets-1 + years of supervisory experience
