What you will do
Managing the clinical environment from a "Patient First" perspective, the Clinical Supervisor effectively administers applicable policies and procedures, ensures that operations are in compliance with required protocols and utilizes available resources within budgetary constraints. The incumbent handles a broad range of day-to-day operational activities, including supervision of clinical staff, actively participates in quality and service improvement, serves on departmental and interdepartmental committees and keeps Access management apprised of the clinical and perscription issues and concerns.
Serves as the nursing expert for the Access Services triage nurses and Prescription Line.
Identifies and implements educational and developmental opportunities for staff, develops procedures, oversees clinical staffing and schedules, and provides guidance to management on nursing issues and concerns.
Manages and maintains the assigned CIS prescription pools for each service line supported ensuring all requests are processed within the BH standards.
Provides ongoing leadership in the areas of quality and service improvement, access and patient satisfaction
Partners effectively with the Practice Manager, Medical Director, Division Chiefs and other practice leaders to ensure attainment of annual goals and objectives.
Develops and maintains clinical policies, protocols and procedures to ensure quality patient care and service. Introduces strategies, tactics and training to improve the patient experience.
What you will Need:
MA License as a Registered Nurse and current CPR
5 years minimum as a Registered Nurse
Supervisory, lead or charge experience required
Preferred candidates will have experience working in an outpatient ambulatory care setting and have demonstrated knowledge of triage, prescription protocol, access
Ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of staff and serve as an effective key member of interdisciplinary team

Hours Full Time Monday- Friday
