Lawrence Memorial Hospital
Responsible for food preparation/production as assigned. Accomplishes daily goals in production area. Responsible for sanitation in kitchen. Reviews menus and prepares any food items that can be made in advance and stored appropriately. Participates in proper work flow as needed. Cleans equipment as assigned, handles food in a safe, efficient manner. Monitors area for safe equipment and reports any unsafe conditions to Supervisor or Production Manager. Maintains proper personal hygiene.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
High school education or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of one year related experience. Serve safe certification preferred.
Requires the ability to read, write, and understand written instructions.
