Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Director, and according to applicable policies and procedures and guidelines, will be responsible for ensuring compliance with chapter 340B of the Public Health Service Act, 42 U.S.C. 256b (Chapter 340B). Provides training to pharmacy staff in applicable affected processes such as the placement of orders, inventory & fulfillment processes etc. Performs various administrative projects as assigned. Strong communication skills for inter professional relations; excellent organizational and time management skill; fequires mathematical skills, knowledge of purchasing and material management. Must possess and exhibit process improvement skills and acumen. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of all personal/health sensitive information. Requires a Bachelor of Science from an accredited college. Ideal candidates will have worked in a 340B eligible pharmacy, as well as have some knowledge of the compliance requirements. Candidates that have compliance work before are highly preferred. 1-3 years experience performing audits. National Pharmacy Technician Certification required. Experience with Meditech, AllScripts, Dr. First, QS1 preferred.
