Job Description

Organizes and maintains accurate up to date employee agency and traveler files
Assists HR staff in day to day department maintenance and projects
Maintains and handles confidential data with utmost discretion and in compliance with legal requirements
Communicates proper instructions for HR related tasks to employees and applicants in a clear professional manner
Ensures regulatory agency and internal policy compliance through diligent adherence to HR practices
Assists HR Advisor by completing the new hire process in online recruitment system collecting new hire paperwork and verifying all necessary documents have been received
Schedule and complete new hire on boarding appointments including preparation of all on boarding documents
Conducts phone screens of candidates identified by HR Advisor pre qualifies candidate schedules interview and any necessary testing for position
Prepares reports for HR Advisors
Makes reference check calls
Coordinate travel and interview schedule for out of town candidate site visits Performs other administrative duties as assigned
Consistently provides service excellence to all patients family members visitors volunteers and co workers in a manner that reflects Cape Cod Healthcare s commitment to CARES compassion accountability respect excellence and service


Minimum 2-5 years previous experience in fast paced HR support role
Bachelors Degree or other college level education preferred
Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite Education and or Experience
Completion of HR certificate a plus or equivalent knowledge
Interacts with applicants and staff in a professional manner
Produces required documentation within the department
Organized detail oriented
Customer service skills experience
