What You Will Do:
Oversee daily and weekly requisition activity to ensure robust candidate pipeline across all open jobs
Strategize with VP of TA and Recruitment Operations to deploy new initiatives, and report on effectiveness and ROI of those initiatives
Ensure compliance with all hiring activities with respect to ADA, EEOC, Affirmative Action Plans, etc.
Design and implement new programs and initiatives to build pipeline of talent for today, and for tomorrows workforce
In tandem with the Manager, Workforce Planning, works to promote Internal Mobility function allowing recruiters to focus on external candidate development
Tracks and interprets TA metrics defined by Lean Human Capital as applied to productivity of Nurse Recruiters; adjusts and manages performance accordingly
What You Will Need:
Education: Bachelors degree required. Masters is a plus
5-8 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or corporate) with 2 years supervisory/management experience. Will consider Nursing leaders/managers with hiring and staff management experience. Healthcare industry is required.
PHR/SPHR certification or RACR certification preferred; if not currently certified, is willing to obtain
